A peom I came up with because of my natural inspiration.

I sit alone

Staring at a silent phone.

I want it to ring

So I can hear your voice

Tell me you love me.

I want you to appear out of nowhere

And hold me until the sun comes up.

I enter my silence

And take this misery

For it is the only song

That will play for me

As soft and sweet as you.

I drum my fingers, unpatiently

Awaiting the phone to screech

To tell me your calling.

I want your words to pour out like water

And tell me I'm okay.

I whisper to myself

That I can survive

Then, like a miracle,

The phone yells to me,

I answer and hear you say, "Hello."

All the excitment

Comes along like that melody.

I'm not alone anymore,

I'm with you

And I love you.

No more will the misery melody play

Aslong as I'm with you, dear.

Just with you.
