“This can’t be happening to me ………….no it can’t!!” I thought bitterly.”
But it was …………and I didn’t like it, not at all.
I had just seen Alec, My Alec with that sl-………with that wh-…….ugh! With that “I-am-so-HAWT” Sienna!
No prizes for guessing what they were doing………making out in the cafeteria as if no one was watching…….as if I can’t see them!
“Zee……..Zee wait for me!”
I didn’t even turn around to see him……..no certainly I wasn’t going to let him talk his way out of this, not this time.
“Zee…….Oh! Zorro…..it’s not what you think it is!” Alec shouted after me.
“As if!” I thought incredulously,” Does he actually think I’m blind??”
“Shut up Alec! Fucking shut up……….I am NOT blind, as against what you would have liked!”, I shouted at him without turning.
How could he do this to me? Did he want me to go mad? After what he had said everyday……that he loved me……..he would never lie to me.
THIS is how he fulfilled his promises? Making out with that bitch! Sooooooooooo………classy! I thought.

Everything had been so different in the morning……..
Alec had come to my place, to pick me up before school….
“Zee…………are you ready or not? I don’t care what you wear …….or what you don’t”, he added grinning. “Come on! Don’t test my patience like this…….I’m getting old here, waiting for you!!”
I snickered. “Just a minute! I’m ALMOST ready!!”,I said as I applied mascara and looked at myself in the mirror.
Everything was in place…….my black tank top went perfectly with my black skinny jeans. I brushed my jet black hair hurriedly……I liked it this way, my hairs covering half my face, the only hint of color in my ensemble was because of the electric blue streaks in my hair.
I rushed down to find Alec waiting by the door………..he looked perfect as usual. His black jeans and T shirt were just like mine ,but I was far from looking perfect. His straight brown hair fell in his eyes, just leaving his eyes uncovered……….his eyes were the perfect shade of pale blue………Perfect as I said!
“You look fabulous”, he gushed as he held me in his arms and kissed me lightly on the lips…….
“No, I don’t ………..not with you looking like THAT!”,I mumbled.
“Well, then you need to get your eyesight checked, you know………..coz I haven’t seen anything as fabulous as you ………..ever!”, he said trying hard to suppress that grin.
“Stop it Alec! We’d be late for school…………put me down and hurry up!”, I told him.
He put me down reluctantly and then we left for school…………
“Zorro………I……..”,he started saying.
That caught me off guard……..he never called me Zorro until it was something important……….I shuddered as he continued.
“Zorro, I don’t know how to say this …………….but I love you……”
“You love me?!! Alec I KNOW that!!.............you gave me a heart attack, just to say that you love me!”, I shouted at him exasperatedly.
“No that’s not all……….listen to me Zee………..I love you and I don’t want to lose you ,ever. So I have decided to keep you with me forever.”
“What do you mean—keep me with you forever? Speak up Alec!”,I snapped.
“You know that we are going to be over with school in a month………..and I want you to marry me on our graduation day.”
“Alec! Are you serious?!”, that’s all I managed to say………
“Yes……..and so, Zorro Anna-Marie, Would you marry me?”, he asked me as he knelt down on one knee………
“Yes”, I whispered.

But that was in the morning………….what had happened in a matter of few hours to make him forget his promises like that?
I was furious…………in fact I was blind with fury………….so blind that I didn’t see the truck coming down the road. I didn’t see the horrified expression of the driver when he failed to apply the brakes. Neither did I hear the gasps of the pedestrians as the truck hurtled down….
I didn’t hear Alec shout, “STOP Zee……………STOP!!”
And then it was all over…….I didn’t feel anything, no pain ……………….just a numb blackness. And then nothing……….it was all over.

And then it was all over………….my Zee, my life, my love………………everything,
I had called out to her, “STOP Zee……………..STOP!!”,but she hadn’t heard me and then she wasn’t there anymore.
“Zee…………..Oh! Zee……….why did you do this?”, I cried hysterically as I held her lifeless body in my arms. “How dare you take away your life, when it wasn’t yours!.............You Belonged to me Zee!!”
But she didn’t say anything……..she didn’t snap back at me………….she wasn’t listening to me, she had left me all alone……….
She didn’t hear me as I told her that it had all been a misunderstanding ,that I wasn’t making out with sienna ………..that she was the one who had tried forcing herself upon me and that I was trying to get away from her when Zee had seen me.
And that is why I have decided to join her, wherever she may be……………..By the time you read this ,I would be reunited with my love, my life…….my Zee.
And then no one can separate us………ever
