I am the manager/personal trainer of a health club. Former competitive bodybuilder: Mr. Pittsburgh, Mr. Youngstowwn.  Married, one daughter, two grandchildren, one best friend, my dog, Jimmy. Avid reader/writer/poet. Born Again. Lover of Soul Music, R & B and the music of my hippie years. Love to cook. But, my life now is mostly about writing, reading when the time permits. Have one quote to my credit, "The only gift better than a book is time enough to read it."
