Among the vast amount of roses

There are the thorns,

So the nation sends its children,

Then it morns.

Where has justice gone to hide?

They all wonder.

Beneath the flowers in the graveyards,

Six feet under.

There is nothing Left but madness

To cling to,

For there is no chicken soup

Without chickens in the brew.

Placing band-aids on broken legs

Is the conservative’s big folly;

It is pay me now, or pay more later.

Yep, you bet, --- by Golly!

To hell with those parties

And their strict affiliations

To hell with their nose rings

They have caused such irritations.

Let's focus on what's important,

That will do it!

And demand the middle ground,

Let’s get to it!

OMG!

What is this that I have done?

I have created another affiliation

On which to run.

The Centralizers

Might be the party's name

And doing the nation's business

Would be their aim.
