Bankers-green is the in-between,

The printers pride of color,

But they're never sure how fast it cures,

So they won't mix a batch for mother.

The pallet is mixed and never fixed,

For the painters constantly alter

The thoughts in the mind that are left behind

When inspiration began to falter.

"It has never been easy being so sleazy,"

Said the woman that drives the Jag,

"But you got to do what works for you

Before your assets shift and sag.

It's a Navy-blue life, with emotion and strife,

So I learned to mix love and money;

It has made me rich and a colorless bitch,

That can afford most anything, honey."

Reallocate-black left the track,

Then out of the roundhouse came Red;

It looked so Right, in the dead of night,

While hidden under the bed.

Ah, Denial-gray saved their day!

It is a color that everyone uses,

They accessorized in a transparent disguise

And complain about abuses.
