Because I See It This Way

If you know what's troubling you

Don't be afraid to tell me about it

But if you do not have a clue

I guess I cannot help

The cheese that drips from my Baconator

All all the drops that I can stand

The way you're lookin' at me

__while I eat

It's all so preposterous

And when my head is dead

I'll climb the mountain side

Unable to make you mine

Then, when I'm left alone

__I'll piss and moan

Trying to stand on my own

But's ever so cold

If I can never hold you again

__I guess I'm on my own

In a dry land

Where even the wind won't even blow

I guess I'm too old for a girlfriend

When I should be married by now

Don't all the funniest jokes

__all hurt the ones that are in them?

Even the chicken that crossed the road died

And now?

Now you're not even mine

Goodbye, my laughing love

I know you were only laughing at me

I think you should go
