Who doesn't love a nice cup of coffee,

Or a nice piece of pie,

A night out with the guys,

Or looking up at the starry skies?

Who wouldn't want to live,

To breathe the air that we breathe,

To walk the Earth we roam

To laugh at life's funny moments?

We need to learn to live,

To live as if tomorrow doesn't exist,

As if we were running out of time,

As if we were dying.

We need to learn to laugh more often,

To take risks with the people we like,

To be able to have fun,

To give people chances.

Everyone needs to learn to love themselves,

To learn to stay positive when tragedy strikes,

To keep their heads up,

To know everything happens for a reason.

Now to you, the reader,

To go out on a limb,

To take chances, risks,

I urge you to be yourself no matter what people think.

I want to tell the people out there,

The people who think that life has nothing to give,

I urge you to challenge that thought train,

I want you to keep your head up,

To take that risk, or go out on that limb,

To just be you and you only,

To not let people mold you,

I challenge you to live, laugh, and love yourself.
