This Whole Time

Why? why why? why why why?

Why you gotta be a married dame?

Oh! no no! no no no!

I fell in love with some one's wife

I could just lay down

__and die right now

But my body

__just won't kick the bucket for me

And I fell I love with 95 women

That never fell in love with me

So how can I believe in my heart?

This is hard

It's gets harder to live everyday

And the way my heart drops into my chest

__sure doesn't make me feel my best

When I drop off my sorrows in the basket

__that they seem to keep passing around

____I end up feeling more sad

Not because I love my money too much

But because each dime I give

__I have less of a security

Without love, money I all I have

But the comedowns from shopping

__are what I need to remember

That sadness that just won't leave me

__after I am spent

I need to remember

__that that is "sorrow"

Plain and true

And when I look for something else to do

I turn to love, but there's nobody new

Shot down everytime I try

So I sit and wait

__for nothing to happen

'Cause my love-life is beyond my control

I can't seem to do anything my own self

I'm just a slave to God being in charge

And it's making me sick

But at the same time I feel free

Free to barf out heart ache

__when ever some one tells me

____that "the one is not here yet"

I don't want my madness to grow

So I've let go

"It's cheaper than dating"

I'll say
