It was on a dark, rainy, solemn day

I walked up a strange hill and found people

Standing lifelessly about a cauldron

The cauldron was darker than night itself

What was so special about this cauldron

Much to curious, I inched much closer

Unknowingly, I inched closer to the departed

The giant cauldron had a lavish roof

As if it was protecting something but-

Just what was it that needed protection

Something is calling me, I must go on

It was was centered in a temple courtyard

Mysteriously, it forced attention

It was outside and had been quite weathered

Thus cauldron was unlike any other

Unknowingly, I inched closer to the departed

They all began to huddle around

Looking deeply within they were all searching

Sounds of sorrow and anguish echoed back

A darkened silhouette brought a candle

The shape placed the candle in the cauldron

Slowly, I witnessed myself fade away

Unknowingly, I inched closer to the departed
