So it’s just like you guessed,

I’m a little obsessed.

The man in the mirror’s my foe.

There’s a strange divide,

In what’s real and my eyes,

I see things as they don’t appear.

All the assurance,

All of the love,

I still can't discern what you mean.

A hard day’s night,

Is a night to me like,

Any other, it’s hard to believe.

A secret best kept,

By the one who has wept,

For appearance seems like everything.

I’m sizing myself,

And I’m lacking in wealth,

You should find someone other than me.
