  City Calls You

Some years back, I saw an article which was saying that Place or City calls you. In that article it was mentioned one Mr. Sampath Gaur was suppose to go to Pune, via road but instead of that city he drove his vehicle to Mumbai and on the road he met with an accident and was rushed to nearby hospital due to someone

Rushed to nearby hospital due to someone (Mr. Kabir Shukla) who was in need of his help as the person who wanted his help needed urgently to go to Mumbai to see someone very sick and he was very poor, as he could not afford to buy a train ticket or bus ticket so he requested this fellow who was sitting in a restaurant drink tea before proceeding to Pune from Lonavala.

I  that time and on my headI said it’s just an article can’t be TRUE.
I shook me off when it really happened yesterday, i.e., 16th May 2016, I was about to go a place along with my sister. Its true story of mine
As soon as I was about to reach the place and suddenly a thought crossed, why I don’t try in another place which was close to where we intended to go.
Then went to get off the car and bought pay ticket and walked towards car to put in the window but before could reach the car.

I read and laughed off at that time and on my headI said it’s just an article can’t be TRUE.
I shook me off when it really happened yesterday, i.e., 16th May 2016, I was about to go a place along with my sister. Its true story of mine
As soon as I was about to reach the place and suddenly a thought crossed, why I don’t try in another place which was close to where we intended to go.
Then went to get off the car and bought pay ticket and walked towards car to put in the window but before could reach the car.

was looking ahead and didn’t see there is a pothole in the road and I tripped off and fell on the ground saying aloud I am falling.

I hit the ground and my ankle hurt and deep and shrill pain which made me cries louder and louder. Everyone nearby looking what has happened to me.

Nearby it was masjid and wanted someone to give water or helping hand, but no one can forward only they were looking at each other discussing within themselves.

Out of nowhere a Car Cleaning man came running and said, Behanji Paani Le Lo” (madam have water)
I looked at him and said, Thank you so much’

As the pain was growing wanted to rush to the hospital, but in the meanwhile there was an accident one of the car man hits in our car while reversing close to me.

The man was shouting on top of his voice,”saying call police call police you hit my car I need money I want you to go to the police station now.

My sister was trying to convince him, “let me first take her to hospital as she got her leg fractured”

The stubborn man kept on saying call police.

He was very well educated and was looking here and there for other people to support him.

When we said, ok call police we waited for the police to come then the same cleaner man went near his car and said to him, Sahib Kahan up Unko pareshaan kar rahe ho? (Why you are being so rude sir, that lady is suffering from pain?) Aap ke car Ko Jara Bi nahi lagaaa ha. (There is no dent I your car)

Suddenly, after a few minutes that man said to my sister give your mobile no. I will tell police to contact you and then you pay me money.

I prayed in my head that nothing serious should happen to me chanting Jai Mata DI. I silently made a wish if nothing is serious on my leg I will go and visit Vaishno Devi Temple, in Jammu sooner. We rushed to the nearby hospital emergency gate so that medical help could be given to me. On the way I was asking about my Mobile to my sister and she said it must be with you as I don’t have I said no it’s not with me.

Later, I called ring was going continuously. I thought came to me while I felt it must have fallen along with me.
We took return back to the same place to search for my mobile. All the time my pain was increasing to worse.

One man was having his hand, my mobile, Behan Mujhe yeah phone Mila our main nahi Janta case Iss mien baat Karte hai? (Madam, I got this phone on the road and I don’t know how to answer the call) main Intezaar kar raha tha mujhe Laga Koi na Koi Lene Aayega (I knew someone would come to take the phone and waited at the same place)

I called that man near and thanked him and told him it was very nice of him to wait. As the humble gesture I gave him money. But he refused to take it. I told him it’s not money, it’s my blessing for you and your family. Then he took it. I told him,

“Aaj Bhi duniya main aap jaise ache logo ki Vazah SE Duniya achi hai”(Still, people are having such a good heart to be honest.)

We drove to the hospital and it took 20 minutes to reach. As soon as I reached hospital, then waited for the Dr. On duty to attend me and it took 2 hours waiting.

As Dr. Looked and took x-ray which was showing hairline fracture, prescribed medication and total rest for a few days.

I learned a lesson that big people with sinking money and knowledge and educated well don’t come forward to help. But a simple man who is being looked as illiterate and not well groomed with goodness at heart helped.

I will never forget that 2men in my entire life the one who gave me water when I was in pain and another one who held my phone in his hand and returned to me.

Thank you is not enough to express my gratitude towards them. They will be in my prayers always.

The moral of this story is Honesty, Gratitude and Humbleness can’t be bought one needs a good heart to posses such good qualities without being bias towards religion or caste.
