Out Of Tune

by Beth Reekles, 2014.

Teen Romance

When new neighbour Todd O'Connor moves in next door, Ashley Bennett's life begins to change. Her mother insists she helps Todd settle in at their local high school by taking turns in carpooling. Reluctantly, Ashley agrees, to her boyfriend, Josh's dismay. He quickly becomes jealous and Ashley begins to question her own relationship with Josh.

The plot to this novel is very simple. I actually liked it a lot. Beth writes enthusiastically keeping you emotionally involved with her writing. That was what I liked most. I wanted to know more and more about the characters, because I liked Todd as well. The book also made me feel good during my reading sessions.

This is the first book I have read from Beth and I have to say I am very impressed with her skill as a writer. I would definitely recommend to others.

I rate 5 out of 5.
