Written because I'm still annoyed that there has to be a 'Gay and Lesbian' area on Booksie. Why can't love just be love? Jeez.

A man beaten down for loving his love,
A woman told she won't get love from above,
A boy who just tries to be normal and safe,
A girl who's scared around her family each day.

There's no reason they run other than all the hate,
Don't you think they've enough on their plate?
Confused and alone, now terrified too,
And their scared of the ones that they should love too.

All because we couldn't see through,
To live way back then is downgrading you,
Because the light that shines truly is under our skin,
To love who you love cannot be a sin.

Labby: I'm sorry, but I can't help it. I'm not even religious, but all those people who are just shoving The Bible in people's faces and saying "God hates you!". You know what I say? Any God that hates me is NOT MY GOD. But anyway, I put important religious stuff in here because I can, suckas ^_~
