In my head I hold all the words I wish I could say.

But this broken heart wouldn’t let me so I save them for another day.

In the end it doesn’t matter if none of them would ever make you stay.

I can’t go to sleep at night cause in my head im still picturing you.

Sometimes it leaves me questioning whether I want to see this life through.

Then I remind myself you don’t care so it’s not worth ending it all for you.

My internal bulb has burned out I think it’s time to screw in one that’s brand new.

Release some knew thoughts leaving you paralyzed I think you may need and epi shot.

So you can keeping moving on past the one you forgot.

In my head I hold all those words that make everyone else just an afterthought.

Sometimes it’s like forgetting you is just another test.

I can’t seem to leave you in the past with all the rest.
