The night closes in surroundings
fueling harmony.
The darkness adjustes eyes
flicking at human behavior.
The silence soothes ears
embracing Nature's voice.
The green scent awakens nostrils
exposing Nature's form.

I sense no danger.

Unimpaired darkness enfolds
those who abide by its silence,
ready to strike in at any moment,
granting blood as offerings.
Children of the darkness don't sleep at night,
as they live for the chaos.
Children of the darkness slowly lose their humanity,
as they must atone for their sins to their Mother.

I feel danger approaching.

Nature's time runs by the clock
lamenting imminent lonely deaths.
Nature howls at the stars
to restore severed connections.
Children of the night turn out empty,
shifting balance into discord.
Children of the night must regain their bond to the darkness,
as they risk humanity to die on Her own hands.

I become the danger.
