WIND CHIMES

chimes

i have a pair of wind chimes
one of wood and one of glass
hanging near my window
where the summer breezes pass
.
the wood provides percussion
as it rattles to and fro
the glass inspires the melody
when summer breezes blow
.
it's like a jazz performance
how it goes, one cannot say
a bit of serendipity
when summer breezes play
.
sometimes it is cacophony
when windy fingers fly
but ending is the symphony
when summer breezes die

All those musical references again! I love it. And it's a great idea to have one percussion and one melody!!!
