The happiest day I ever had was when my best friend returned after months of being away from my sight. I fetched her at the airport.

She didn’t change at all; in fact, she even looked prettier. When I first saw her, I looked into her eyes which were full of happiness and innocence. After we brought all her bags into the car, we drove back to the city and accompanied her to the hotel where she always checked in.

After she had rested, I invited her to dinner, during which I planned to tell her about my feelings. After a few minutes of waiting for her at the hotel’s lobby, I heard her call my name. When I turned around, I saw the most beautiful lady I ever seen in my whole life. She was wearing an amazing dress. I could not help myself: I kept looking at her, shocked by her beauty. When I gave her, her favorite flowers which I was holding in my hands, she was very happy. When I told her that we should go, she grabbed my arm as we walked talking towards the car.

I told her, “Look, there are stars in the sky.”  She replied, “Oh, they look very nice but the moon is missing.” But I said, “No, the moon is just next to me.” Her face turning red like strawberry, she smiled. Her smile is also one of the things I like about her.

When we reached the restaurant, she was amazed, because it was her favorite restaurant when she was a little girl. There was a dance floor in the middle. Then they played this amazing song that we both liked, and I stood up and looked at her and said, “May I have this dance with you?” Smiling, she answered, “Sure.” I held her hand gently and we started dancing, the only pair on the dance floor. My hand was on her back, her hand on my shoulder, and our other hands were together, feeling all the warmth as her eyes looked so peaceful.

When she put her head on my shoulder, I felt inexplicably happy. It was our first dance together, and I could feel the great chemistry between us.

As the night was coming to an end, I drove her back to the hotel. She asked me to come in and have a drink. While we were sitting on the couch, I looked into her beautiful eyes and said “I LOVE YOU.”

She blushed, and was silent. I was hoping for a reply but she didn’t say anything. After a while, she turned on a piece of music. It was my favorite song” I alweys love you “. She pulled me up from my seat. While we were dancing slowly, she said,  “I LOVE YOU MORE”… We kept dancing all night.
