You spun your web of lies,
 and me,
 desperate for any attention,
 desperate for affection,
 let you.

 I knew what was happening,
 we can't deny that I didn't.

  But you hurt me.

 Not once,
 Nor twice,
 You did it repeatedly,
and it was like a glitch in a game,
 for I couldn't leave.

 At the very least,
 I suspected that you knew.

 Not only that,
 you knew stuff about me,
stuff that no one else knew,
 stuff that,

I never thought myself a masochist.

 It wasn't everything,
 but it was enough.

Enough to make my eyes glisten from gathering tears as you say some off hand comments,
 some sarcastic, disinterested, words.
...with that look in your eyes.

That look and those words conveying what you truly mean.

 But guess what?
Tomorrow i'll allow you to trick me into accepting you back and let the process repeat,
 Like a song on replay,
With a smile forever placed on my lips,
and a stain forever marring heart.
