To everyone feeling low, sad, anxious, devastated, desperate, trampled upon, I want you to know that all is well. It's a phase in life, everyone goes through some valley points in their lives. Maybe they just handle it differently. And it's okay, that's the beauty of versatility. Heal at your own rate, if speed works for you then so be it, but if you need time, and a lot of time at that, it's perfectly fine. As long as you are better when it's all over. Enjoy when it's time to, it's only fair if you also cry when it's time to. Don't postpone emotions, don't consult everyone for advice, don't cry too much if you have already healed, don't hold in the pain even when its obvious, don't smile when you don't feel like it, don't be happy to please mantra makers or your friends and families. Look for that place that you'll be comfortable with. Where even if everyone leaves, you'll be okay. Venture into new stuff, do things you always wanted to. Dance like crazy, text with all the emojis you found corny, post all those pics you found too awkward on IG, eat as much chocolate as you feel like, call all those people you have spent years without seeing, sky dive, motor race, walk through malls and high end shopping centers with your head held high, play truth and dare, attend events, visit orphanages and hospitals. Live your dream. At your lows, try doing all the stuff you've dreamt of doing, come out of that closet. And I assure you it works. It sets your mind out of the ordinary, your pain is taken on a 'haphazard' change of events and may emerge as a new found passion, a source of joy. So cry if you want to, if that's your peaceful state, go for it with all you've got. Binge eat. Do anything that makes you happy. Because, all of this is a phase, it has come and it will go. But let no one tell you how to live your life. You know yourself best at your highs and lows. Damn you know the smell of your sweat better. LIVE YOUR LIFE AS IF YOU'L GRADE YOURSELF AT THE END.
