In the future, a new type of meditation will gain prominence – selfie meditation.

Workout is as follows:

You stand straight, hold the mobile in your right hand in front of you, and smile at it. While breathing deeply, adjust your posture and have a smiling face. Take the best selfie you can take. After  clicking for five minutes, exchange the mobile to the left hand and do the similar procedure.

Then take five minutes gap and post them on your social media accounts.
