I'm speaking to the broken mirrors as if it were still me,
Asking do you remember me..I guess I'm just not who I used to be,
Just like these reflections are just to broken for me to see,
While they say there's beauty behind the madness.. There's pain behind each remedy,
I'm speaking while the response is echoed silence,
Stuck in my head and finding a heart where mine is,
I used to say everyday that I got older,
That its OK and I wouldn't fade away within this world as it got colder,
I wouldn't become lost in the cost of meaningless wisdom,
Or become attached to broken memories to simply say I missed them,
The past is the past till your stuck looking at a picture,
Realizing how remembrance and pain is one hell of a mixture,
I think we all sometimes get stuck in the photos,
Remembering...thinking where did the time go.
