My thoughts give me anxiety,

For which I can not explain,

The never ending feeling of edginess,

Brings me a deal of pain.

I'm told to watch my thoughts,

For they become words,

But words could never explain,

How much I hurt.

My humor is fading,

Replaced with other feelings,

Some of them are hard to handle,

For other human beings.

I sit here drowning in fear,

Suffocating on my minds illusions,

But in time I will find out,

There are many possible solutions.

So here I am standing,

Neck deep in my sorrow,

Today I might give up,

And try again tomorrow.
