Real life story. Attempting to end the abuse

I'll never be good enough. Nothing I do will ever be right. I tried to make you happy, for our love I'd constantly fight. Your addictions consumed you. Made you give up things, so true to you. You saw no mistake, behind ur blurred vision. Even when you'd wake up with pieces of your memory missing. Love was my addiction, abuse was never in the description box. I believed you the first time you said you'd stop. I figured maybe I'd done something wrong, only to find out, it was those demons holding on to u all along. Refusing to give up, the very thing that destroyed our future. Myself and the kids were just that important to me. Regardless how bad it hurt me, staying and watching you kill yourself daily, was far more worse to me. Being the target of your anger, just because I was around, was enough to set us back, and send us on different paths.
