Where are they going those white heads emptied of grey matter,
Do they want to find a second wind before their last breath?
And those wrinkled bodies wriggling in chlorinated water,
Do they think they can prevent an inescapable death?

Look at them folks stooped to work their land,
Growing old seeds and wait for the plants to sprout,
Closer to the earth and closer to the end,
They just don't see that their world is fading out.

And what about those amnesiacs full of pride,
Who hate everyone and everything that's young.
Once Doctor Jekyll now they're Mister Hide,
Thinking youth is responsible for what went wrong.

Not to mention those millions of voters
Who watch TV scared to the bone,
And spoil the future in the name of order,
A future they no longer own...
