My eyes have lost their shine,

Now they glitter with tears,

I'm going off the road,

Jesus take the wheel and steer.

I've seen better days,

Faced worst pain,

But with my mind numb,

It all feels the same.

My bright blue eyes,

Have now turned gray,

The sky full of clouds,

Rain sheets of blood rain.

Sinners will sin,

Winners will win,

When losers lose,

We contact next of kin.

I know my writings dark,

It comes from inside,

I could write something happy,

But then it would not be mine.

My eyes don't cry tears,

They cry blood,

The blood of fallen friends,

Most of which were misunderstood.

I'm sorry if I offend you,

If so don't read my poetry,

For my writing is just as harmful to read,

As Freddy Krueger is harmful to Elm Street.

I'll take it down a notch,

Hello, how are you?

People call me an idiot,

To which I say is true.

I need someone to help,

I need someone divine,

I need someone who could hopefully,

Hopefully make these empty eyes shine.
