I care what people think.

And my spirit starts to sink

Like a vortex winding down the sink

Not in a moment, nor an instance, but a blink

Is it a curse or a gift?

An indefinite jinx.

It's unveiling a rift

between these cognetic links

sticks and stones will break my bones and words will always hurt me

wheels constantly churning in my mind as my confidence deserts me

But who am I kidding? When have I ever tried to exert thee?

words instilled in my mind as my conciousness sinks into the sea

Mr. Nice Guy is here

They're so glad that he came

We've everything to fear

Now let's start this masquerade.

The crowd's all gathered

like it was the Macy's Day Parade

They're taking pieces, I shatter

like a tall glass of champagne.

They bite into my spirit

with their supernatural fangs

My echoes are too faint for you to hear it

My trembling voice is encased.

Wtih my last consolidated effort, my feeble voice and will starts to shrink.

Call me the Emperor of Empathy

because I care what people think.
