And now to the coming home

Leaving the novelty of adventure

Of new places

For the familiar

The comforting

A home

Not empty

yet missing essential pieces

Pieces while afar

that left this place incomplete

So that open door

Eagerly anticipates this homecoming

To embrace me in it's fold

To bring me back

To the familiar

The routine

The everyday

To the people I fit with

And places I know

To my beloved work

Where words flow

Like a waterfall

After a drought

Which ended there

In the adventure

With my soul's sighing

Happy that the muse

Was found again

Had settled in

And we could all return complete

To home once again.
