But it is invisible

I hurt everyday
But I have no bruises
I am exhausted after every step
But I sleep to much
I feel old
But I am to young
I look normal
But I am not
I live with illness
But it is invisible

I wish I was understood
But I am not
I don't know how to continue
But I don't know when to say stop
I want comfort
But I don't want to complain
I need help
But I don't want to be a burden
I live with illness
But it is invisible
