Watch them live and watch them die.

Watch them cheer and watch them cry.

That is what you will see in life.

You will see it all until they die.

When they die they cry no more,

at the world that was the ultimate chore.

You can do anything you want in a world full of choice,

But you cannot live, and you cannot thrive.

You must work until you die.

If you can’t then you might as well be dead.

No one has time to keep you fed.

There are things that you cannot do.

You cannot sleep until you drive,

The economy, the country,

The gear is set to five.

In a world where work is life and life is dead,

Yours is to get out of bed,

Do your chores, do you work,

Do your part for society, family and greed.

If you don’t you’ll feel dread,

As the world wishes you were dead.

You cannot choose to live,

without taking something from your life,

As payment for those sins,

The ones without a wife.

You can scream and shout,

you can kill to prove a point.

In the end it is your word,

against seven and a half billion others,

Shouting to the void, all trying to be heard.

What chance do you have against that?
