Anxiety isn’t just for introverts.

The loud mouthed, unafraid, and outgoing can be sick too.

Anxiety isn’t just for when someone says something to you.

A lot of times it’s because someone said nothing at all.

Anxiety isn’t for the weak.

The strongest among you may suffer too.

Anxiety isn’t for the crazy.

The most rational person will sometimes hide it the easiest.

Anxiety is clawing at your skin because it feels like another thing keeping you trapped.

Anxiety is your heart beating so fast you feel it’s going to burst.

Anxiety is your body going numb.

Anxiety is forgetting how to breathe.

Anxiety is forgetting how to speak.

Anxiety is isolation.

Anxiety is shaking uncontrollably.

Anxiety is feeling like you’re going to vomit.

Anxiety is your vision going black.

Anxiety is weak knees,

IS RAGE

IS FEAR

IS CONSUMING.

But you can talk to me,

For I too, am being consumed.
