Nation of a thousand tribes and cultures

Home of the warriors, land of the free

We stand united with a heart so pure

Growing stronger like the mighty raintrees

From the cold misty mountains of Enga

Down to the crystal clear seas of Milne Bay

Nationhood and independence,  our banner

Built on our culture and ancestors ways

Feel the eight million hearts, see their passion

It is the spirit of peace, joy and love

Proudly joining our hands as one nation

We pray for prosperity from above

Yes, O arise all you sons and daughters

Keep the fire alive and burning brighter
