Physical makeup not much it shows

An outer shell, our genetic vault

A tool of beauty or disguise

Never our truth does it reveal

What lies beneath your earthly mask

Only those, with key to mind

The truth in others, they shall find

The who we are deep inside

We reveal only, with those who share

A simple touch can spark the trust

We show our traits and thoughts as well

Only with those whom with the bond is met.
