Everyone is afraid to ask
Everyone is afraid to joke
They're all so careful
They think I'm a grenade
I'm just sick

My hair is falling
I don't look as beautiful
And here comes the healthy one and shaves her head
She thinks she's doing me a favor
She just feels sorry for me
It's so pathetic
How she takes her healthy glowing hair for granted
It's not supportive
I know I'm sick
I've known that would be a side effect
You don't have to do this
Because it's kind of sick
Appreciate your beauty
Appreciate your health
Don't take it for granted
Just like I did

Eat what you want
Eat it for me
Just because I can't
Doesn't me you can't
Eat it for me
Dream of the day I'll eat it with you again

Dear mother
Dear sister
Dear father
Dear son
Dear brother
Dear wife
Dear lover
Dear best friend
Dear stranger
Dear husband
Dear daughter
Dear everyone
I'm just tired
I'm not a grenade
I don't wanna hurt you
I love you
And I know you'll miss me
But I'm here now
There's no reason to be sad
It's just a sickness
It's just a disease
Maybe one day I'll kill it off me
Don't be scared of losing me
I'm here now
Appreciate the time you have with me
