I am a resident of Germany and had never visited the Indian sub-continent before. Though I had been planning to visit this fascinating country after having heard so much about it and researched on the Internet, I finally was able to plan a vacation.

I convinced a friend of mine to accompany me to visit the lengths and breadths of this country. We deliberated and planned a trip to visit the royal Taj Mahal at Agra and the beautiful mountains of Himalayas along with the back waters of Kerala. We commenced our journey from Munich and landed in the capital city of Delhi.

After a long journey, as soon as we arrived at the airport, to my utter shock and disbelief, I realized that I was not carrying my cherished possession – my Sony DSLR camera. How could I even commence my holiday without the necessary device! I wanted to click the pictures of my trip and the memories that we create to treasure them forever. I had been planning to capture this incredible place with astounding architecture and incredible places.

I was bouncing off ideas in my head to deal with this silly situation. Then, my friend recommended visiting the store - Avit Digital in central Delhi. I was overjoyed to see a wide range of consumer electronics including an array of cameras that can cater to the personal and professional needs of photographers. I was even surprised to find that the prices that they were offering were absolutely nominal. There were no hidden charges or transaction fees.

I discovered lot of affordable options in the desirable prices. I decided to stick to my favourite brand – Sony. I chose a compact camera - Sony DSC-WX500 with 18.2 Mega Pixel in the Cyber-shot W Series with a 30x Optical Zoom. The images were extremely flawless and sharp. We found it was easier to even shoot for selfies with the flexibility of its full tiltable LCD monitor in this camera model. The uncomplicated ability of this model to connect through Wi-Fi® with the smartphones has made sharing the pictures really simple and no complex set-up is required. I am so thrilled with this purchase.

We visited Agra the next day to see the Taj Mahal and clicked loads of photos of the mesmerizing white marble construction with our new camera.

I recommend the store -  Avit Digital to one and all.
