A Fallen Friend at war with his mind, a true gent with a heart so kind.

My heart was taken the day that you died, we laughed, we cried, we fought with pried.

But now you´ve passed to the other side and crossed to somewhere new.

I sing this song alone now mate and its too cold without you.

Sometimes when we used to fight it would last a couple days.

But sorted over a couple beers we´d set the world ablaze.

The love and respect i have for you is one that cant be faked.

Thats how i know a friendship like ours.. not even death can take.

i still feel you present, at times when i feel blue.

To think its been two years now mate and still you pull me through,

I´ll speak your story loud and proud untill we meet again,

Just keep that beer ice cold for me brother,

untill then rest in peace my friend.

xx
