He sat there with the saddest smile I had ever seen. It's the smile that forms over your dry, cracked lips as you find out a loved one is dying. It's the smile to keep you from crying. Everyone has it. This boy, though... his is strong. is has a deep, dark and dangerous meaning behind it. The boy was sitting on a park bench at 2:47 AM. I think to myself for a minute and assume he's a runaway. I walk up to this boy. I sit next to this boy. I ask his boy a question. This boy gives me a question back, though.

"Why are you out here this late?"

"Why are you?"

I'm take back at his tone. He's a fiesty one, alright.

"Why don't you tell me your name?"

"Tell me yours and I'll tell you mine."

"Alright. My name is Alex."

"My name is..."

He hesitated. I could tell he was realy nervous about something.

"My name is Carter."
