This fourth book in a series that describes the antics of the residents moves from the Capital to the relatively tranquil surroundings of the Romney Marshes. Malcolm and Sylvia fall in love with an old, neglected hotel, only to later find that it is actually a disused nudist camp.
After nearly being arrested twice they eventually establish good relationships with most local dignitaries, but someone is out to thwart their plans.
Pine scented solicitors, pilchard catching dogs and lettuce growing policemen join the regular characters in more crazy situations and impossible outcomes.

As with all the Peckham series of novels this one contains many illustrations. Because the Booksie upload process does not globally include graphic content, and because when uploaded manually they are subject to distortion I have only included a couple of samples here.
