And then you looked at me eyes of blue
Pleading for something
But how could I of knew
I built a wall
Billions of miles high
No one could get in and only you ask why
You found your way in
Took the gun from my hands
Pleading for me to just hold on
Just a little longer
But that was long ago
And strangers we became
I hope that you feel the same
Just believing
Just hoping
That this
Shouldn't of end this way
But yet still quite often
Are eyes connected again
As you look at me
With eyes of blue
Pleading of something
I wish I knew
