Life  can be so easy- breezy and at the same time some people decide that it's better to choose the hard way through life. Let's begin with me, Sadie, who is just trying to get a shot at life and trying to make it in America. There are a lot of opportunities and one of them was Macy's as a starting job and a chance to work at retail. Yet, things are not always what they seem and while it may look like a steady collected job, it requires more than just positivity and patience. I began working in this job and found it to be not as charming as the typical employee makes it seem. Lots of time you find yourself talking too rude, insensitive people who have little knowledge about what it is like to work for a change. For example, one of these days as I was assigned to work in the housewares department and a customer was questioning me about the coffee makers asking how much coffee can a certain coffee maker make. I knew that he obvious response was to tell her to read the box of information but as a working employee I told her what the details in the box of information read.It did not answer her questions and I knew I could not provide a different answer other than that included in the box so she was reluctant to talk to me. She got upset right away and asked me if there was someone else with more experience that she could talk to. I had no choice but to let someone else attend her. I could go on and on and talk about more cases as well as the next employee, but this job is one of those jobs that require special kind of attention, endurance and some acting. Besides I am one of those people who chooses to easy way through life and decides to move on through her life. So even though, I am confronted with unexpected circumstances I try to look at the bright side: it's just a job.
