It was her first day of school. Her 8th grade year. She waited and got on the bus like any other school day not knowing she would be meeting her soulmate today. He got onto the bus at the next stop and the very moment she seen him in his wife beater T and due rag she just had to have him. Usually she went for spanish guys but there was just something about him. She could not understand why of all guys she had been drawn to him. Only being 14 and her parents sheltering her like they did made her brush off this new emotion as "just a crush". She never dated anyone longer then a week and never told her parents either because they'd never let her go on dates like they did in the movies. That did not stop her from persuing these feelings she had for him. Even though he was at least 5 inches shorter then her. It did not matter. She liked him and she had to have him. She'd look into the bus mirror at him to find where he sat in the back. The bus driver made that fairly easy since all the boys sat to the right when facing front. She would smile and wave at him and even got bold once to blow a kiss at him. She wanted to be very obvious that he had her attention. He took notice of her and would wave back smiling and giggling at her overt flirting. He couldn't believe a girl so beautiful liked him. Little did he know she was unaware of how beautiful she was and had low self-esteem due to many issues and deep scars. He couldn't understand either why everyone disliked her. She was quiet and kept to herself except to flirt with him. No one on the bus liked that. She was new last year too. Switched in the middle of 7th grade so making friends wasn't so easy. He was just a 6th grader who been held back a couple times in elementary. Them meeting at this point in time had to be fate. Eventually he got up the courage to ask her to be his and they dated. Only at school though. Unfortunately she wasn't allowed to have a life outside of school. It was her only escape and freedom. She was head over heels though. Writing her name with his last in her notebooks and diary. Drawing out his name all over the corners and backs of work papers, folders and binders. She was mad about him and so innocently oblivious to it. They'd hold hands and talk music, school, dreams, and anything else that came to mind. She never got bored of him or found any reason to dump him like she did the rest.He was upgraded to 7th grade soon and became popular all of a sudden. People asked about who she dated and she didn't know why. They'd ask "You date that 6th grader?" and she would correct them by saying "He is in the 7th now." She didn't know he had been rapping and caught alot of attention. She was a loner with only one true friend she always hung with at school. So people wanted them to separate. It upset the balance. One day after getting off the bus she sat up on one of those low walls that encircled some plants, and there he stood between her thighs holding her hands and talking to his friends. As she sat upon that wall, she gazed at him. Those muscles under his shirt... Those gorgeous eyes with the thick lashes... Those amazingly full lips -she continued to gaze at those lips even more intently. And there it was. A longing to kiss him. This deep carnal desire to just take his face in her hands and kiss him passionately. But she shied away from this feeling because she wanted to be sure her first kiss was saved for her first love, and she was uncertain how she felt and needed more time with him to decide if indeed it was love. They're second month was approaching very soon. Unfortunately kids can be cruel and conniving. There was another girl who had her sights set on him for all the wrong reasons. His rising popularity, talent and the fact that she had it out for his girl.
