MIND MATTERS MOST

 

BEING HUMAN EMOTIONS PLAYS IMPORTANT PART IN OUR LIFE. EMOTIONS ARE CONSTANT COMPANION OF OUR LIFE.BEING HEALTHY IS NOT ONLY ABOUT ABSENCE OF DISEASE BUT ALSO HAVING SENSE OF WELL BEING. OUR THOUGHTS, FEELINGS & BEHAVIOUR ARE ALSO PART OF BEING HEALTHY.MOST OF US ARE VERY MUCH CONCIOUS & AWARE ABOUT OUR PHYSICAL HEALTH BUT IF WE SEE IN REALITY MIND MATTERS THE MOST.

VERY TRUELY SAID THAT ONE CAN’T HAVE A POSITIVE LIFE WITH A NEGATIVE MIND . HAPPINESS IS NOTHING WITHOUT PEACEFUL MIND. NOWADAYS PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING FROM MANY DISEASES AND MOST OF THEM ARE RELATIED TO STRESS & OTHER NEGATIVE EMOTIONS LIKE ANGER, HATRED,JEALOUSY,ANXIETY,FEAR,DESPAIR,SADNESS,GUILT & MANY MORE. WITHOUT BEING AWARE OF THESE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS & CHANGING THEM IN POSITIVE ONE IT IS DIFFICULT TO BE HEALTHY & ENJOY LIFE.

MIND – BODY RELATIONS HAVE BEEN SUBJECT OF RESEARCH FOR HUNDRED OF YEARS & NOW SCIENCE ALSO ACCEPT THAT MIND RULES THE BODY. CHRONIC STRESS WITH NEGATIVE ATTITUDE & HOPELESSNESS AFFECTS BODY’S HORMONAL BALANCE & HAVE NEGATIVE IMPACT ON OUR HEALTH. BEING A HOMEOPATH & HAVING OBSERVED THOUSAND OF PATIENTS AND THEIR MIND SET I AM VERY SURE TO SAY THAT PEOPLE WITH POSITIVE ATTITUDE REMAINS HEALTHY & EVEN IF THEY FALL ILL THEY RECOVER FAST COMPARED TO THOSE HAVING NEGATIVE ATTITUDE. SO WHOLISTIC HEALING IS THE NEED OF THE DAY.WE DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT TAKE MIND & BODY AS DIIFERENT PARTS BUT SHOULD BE TAKEN AS A UNIT & TREAT ACCORDINGLY.

SOMEONE SAID VERY CORRECT THAT CLEAR CONSCIENCE IS THE SOFTEST PILOW. POSITIVE ATTITUDE IN LIFE HAS DEEP IMPACT ON OUR HEALTH. POSITIVE EMOTIONS LIKE CHEERFULNESS,HOPE,SYMPATHY,KINDNESS,LOVE,GRATITUDE & FEELINFG CONNECTED TO OTHERS HAVE DEEP POSITIVE  IMPACT ON OUR HEALTH & THEY NOT ONLY IMPROVES OUR HEALTH BUT ALSO GIVES SENSE OF WELL BEING  & SATISFACTION. NEGATIVITY SPREAD MORE FASTER SO KNOWINGLY OR UNKNOWINGLY PEOPLE PASS IT TO THEIR CHILDREN BECAUSE CHILDREN OBSERVE & LEARN FROM PARENTS. TODAY CHILDREN ARE ALSO SUFFERING FROM EFFECTS OF STRESS, ANGER & HYPERACTIVITY.

SO, WHEN WE KNOW THAT OUR THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS & BEHAVIOR HAVE DEEP IMPACT ON OUR HEALTH WE SHOULD TRY TO BECOME MORE POSITIVE IN THOUGHTS & EMOTIONS SO IT WILL REFLECT IN OUR BEHAVIOUR. REMEMBER, MIND IS NOT A DUSTBIN TO KEEP ANGER, HATRED & FEAR BUT A TREASURE BOX TO KEEP LOVE, KINDNESS & HAPPYNESS.

HAPPINESS IS A BY-PRODUCT OF AN EFFORT TO MAKE SOMEONE ELSE HAPPY.
