You see them everyday...all around you, your probably in one right now. But have you ever took a moment a second and wondered...that what you see on the outside may not be as it seems on the inside. Well trimmed yards, white picket fences, nice vehicles in the drive. Children and the family dog happily play. Soccer mom picking up/dropping off kids. Husband home each nite at 5 o'clock. Not so well trimmed yard, broken fences, alright vehicles in the drive. Children and family dog happily play. Mother working part-time to be off in time to pick kids up from school, husband working two jobs and home late each nite. Now these both seem like rather normal examples, and could very easily in some short sort of way describe your own life...am I Right? I know to most a House/Home is merely nothing but four walls and a roof. Let's take it a bit deeper tho. I can think of 100 different stereotypes alone that are used in reference, or in most cases the assumption of people. What's that you may ask? My answer to you is a House. They are everywhere. New, old, big, small, some barley standing at all. We all notice them. Im I'm sure some are thinking, so what it's a house you live in it. Yes I understand that. But did you ever step back and think that "That House" is more than just a solid foundation, a frame with four walls, but instead a fortress that holds more secrets, protects us is more than we are aware of, but yet so many take for granted. Now for those of you who either built/purchased a brand new home don't think this story can't or won't pertain to you. Like I explained earlier, regardless of the outside whether it be prestien, well kept, run down, new or rebuilt each has memories, stories good or bad that it's keeps never sharing with any one. Point being is that the most well kept, most expensive looking house, with a normal functioning family may look ideal on the outside. What's going on inside the "Home" will only know. May it be a mother addicted to pain pills, a husband is an abusive alcoholic, to the children being neglected. The most run down house on the block, still with a functioning family, but inside this one. Supper is ate at the table as a family, children are read to before bed, husband and wife sit down together and worry about next month's bills. To that old abandoned house on the dirt road barley standing. Maybe, just maybe it's being held up with its last lingering memoreis... Life in general, marriage, birth, death, drug addiction, divorce, child abuse, depression and so much more. All of this goes on inside the Home, but what's left when the Home is no more, holding the secret or first to be judged due to appearance...The House.
