This air is sharp; I breathe

It meets my lungs; I wake

It fills my blood; I warm

It leaves my lungs; I calm

My hands are cold; I feel

The fire so glows; I bask

The wind is soft; I hear

The trees can speak; I talk

The snow is light; I step

The stars do shine; I see

The ones long dead; I mourn

The new ones burn; I laugh

I see their craft; I weep

I kneel in peace; I think

I close my eyes; I search

I search my soul; I live.
