Sorting through life’s complexities surely has its ups and downs. Sometimes, you notice the small, yet grand wonders of the world such as ants scurrying through the infinite blades of grass and other times, you are hit square in the face with a ton of responsibilities such as bills and work. Both these things have their part in the working order of the world, but seldom do people have the time to do both.

During the time, I’ve spent within the fabric of the universe, I’ve learned that people must learn to do both. Taking time to relax is integral to each person’s health and well-being. If you can keep in mind, the small things as you do the big things, you’re outlook on what you’re doing will most likely improve. The idea I’m trying to express is this: as you are working and focusing on the work, allow yourself to believe that the work is done; even if you haven’t finish yet.

Give yourself an edge by trusting beyond the abilities you know you have. In other words, imagine you are a superhero, but remember you are not invincible. Caution is still required. Pretty soon, you’ll realize that a lot of work has already been done. If you have time left, prepare yourself and your work area for the next day’s bad. This will make tomorrow a little easier than today. Try it, if it doesn’t work for you, then find your own little gimmick. It never hurts to have one and remember to relax.
