Leave! Be gone!

Don’t stay near; I say there is danger here.

You say that I can change, that things can be better.

Well, you’re wrong.

See, I’ve been there; I’ve tried before.

It ended just as badly the last time.

I try. I’ve always tried.

You say things can be different; it doesn’t have to be this way.

I laugh boldly in your face.

I hurt those I love.

See, I want to make this world a better place; I fail.

The best I can do is to not do.

So I do not become attached.

I don’t allow high expectations for others; so they don’t get hurt.

When I mess up, they won’t have as far to fall.

I do not love.

See, you think it will be okay; you’re wrong.

Do you think you can succeed where others have failed?

I’m too broken.

You cannot piece me back together; I am not a vase.

I’m too crazy to ever be sane.

I’m too different.

See, I will never fit in this world; this world I understand too well.

This world doesn’t understand me.

You’re wrong.

Don’t stay near; I say there is danger here.
