I know somewhere in there you care
What we want and what we need
We try our best and then we pleed
We fight until we know it's fair

This is how you know I really care
I'll let you live as you will
I'll be there to get the bill
I'm at war with my mind

All I need is to just unwind
And maybe then
I'll find Look less, it will come to you
Or else I'll act like I never knew

That emotion is real
It's something we feel
It let's our mind wonder
Makes our soul fonder

All this and still I ponder
What it would be like
To be real, still I wonder
But for now I'll take a hike

Let life go just with the flow
Balance and inner peace
I might be slow
So for now I'll cease

Compassion but a bit less care
Here and there a loving stare
Yet here I sit and still i wonder
If only I had been a little fonder
