All this frustration and pain
Is really killing my brain
I'm lost amoungst the stars
Trying to make sense of it all

Why can't we handle our emotions
Or even make sense of these notions
These feelings are real
And to me it's kind of a big deal

Why  can't we be honest
Why do We seek comfort in lies
If only we could be free and open our eyes
All I want is the truth

What we  need, is to know
So we can plan where we'll go
The pain will subside
I guess I'll just swallow my pride

For now I'll survive
But tomorrow  I'll thrive
So I'll step out and take the dive
For that moment I'll know I'm alive
