This thingy right here in no way summarises the story you are about to read. Or at least I hope you are about to read. I'm really tired right now. Not sleepy, but just tired. I had P.E. as the last period and l ran a Iot. Also, we were doing National Day celebrations, so I had to sit out in the sun for a couple of hours and perform band. I don't know whether or not the next story is actually humour, or if any are humour, but if they entertain, then that`s good. Double shout out to Christy R. for not only entering into my competition, Absurd Newspaper Article Contest but also commenting on my last post. This person is a great writer, so you should read their stuff. The people who have commented on my stories since the last one are India Emerald, Mac Buckner, and St3w4. You should also read their stuff. Since I'm not really expecting anyone to actually read this far, something dramatic happened today. My friend's little sister in grade eight brought a water bottle full of Tequilla to school today and drank half of it. Inevitably, she passed out. She was sent to the nurse, and alcohol is illegal in the country I'm in (obviously not Canada, as my profile suggests), and she might get deported, which means that her whole family will be kicked out of the country, including my friend. I am extremely worried about them and don't know what's going to happen. Her friends peer pressured her into doing it, and later said that they hid the water bottle and told her not to drink it. That was obviously a lie. I'm sure they're getting charged, though. That event will definitely change lives forever. If you are still reading at this point, then thanks for listening, even though you're reading.

I went to the fridge to get an orange. I wasn't hungry, I just wanted an orange. That may or may not have brought me into a different dimension.

I was standing in the middle of a wasteland, with nothing but an orange in my hands, and my pyjamas. Looking off into the distance, I saw nothing, more nothing, even a bit more nothing, a tall guy and a short guy arguing in the distance, and an abandoned school with a hole in the side, and a giant weird cage thing the size of a soccer field. The people in the distance were walking toward the school. But that's not important.

Since I'm the main character, I'm obviously the only one that matters. Anyway, I was cold and hungry. I then realised how hot the wasteland actually was, and I ate the orange. All of my problems were solved. I looked behind me, and there was a menacing man who appeared out of nowhere directly behind me.

"I'm going to kill you!" he screamed louder than needed, with spit shooting out of his mouth. I wiped his mouth with his sleeve.

I asked him why he wanted to kill me, and he explained that every story needs a conflict. He then pulled out a sword. So did I.

I wasn't a professional sword fighter, but I had the power of the protagonist, so I knew I wouldn't die. But I also knew that my story was getting too long, and the author had to go, so as everyone  expected I was wrong to count solely on my protagonism.
