You are dismissed and disregarded,

Before you even open your mouth.

Your voice no louder than a mouse,

Is never heard.

You shy and back away,

From the loud and obnoxious.

In crowds they come,

Flocked by sheep.

Intimidating they seem,

Radiating false confidence for some.

Like you they were,

So learnt to speak up,

And were heard.
