As I cry for you, let me remember,
The sorrow of tomorrow's we'll never share,
Crying in a rain of mourners whom,
Never knew you for who you were,
Asking for the chance again,
Losing sleep for dead,
Waking, living every tear,
You lived a life so full,
And now you are a memory,
Over Ireland's hills so far,
Grant us one more memory,
And we'll smile to that once more.
